Fred's Teaser Picks, LLC ("Fred's", "we", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personally identifiable information of any user of our Services, regardless of whether the User becomes a Purchaser ("you", "User", or "Users"). To better protect your privacy, we provide this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is used.
Our primary purpose in collecting information about our Users is to enhance our provision of our Services (as defined in our Terms of Use) to our Users, and we will use this information in connection with the operation and improvement of our website and our Services.
1. Personally Identifiable Information
When a User purchases any of Fred's Services, Fred's may collect certain types of personally identifiable information voluntarily provided by the User, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information as applicable. Fred's commits that it will not distribute or share such personally identifiable information to any third party unaffiliated with Fred's business, except (i) with service providers that process information on Fred's behalf to operate our business and deliver our Services, and (ii) in connection with a business transfer as described in this Policy. Fred's processes all user payments through Whop, which may collect and store credit card information and bank account information from Purchasers (as defined in our Terms of Use). The information Users provide to Whop is subject to Whop's privacy rules, which are beyond Fred's control. By using Fred's services, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both Whop's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Fred's may use your information, including personally identifiable information ("PII"), in connection with the operation, development and improvement of our website and to offer Fred's and its affiliates other services, including, without limitation, the following:
- to provide our Services, operate our website and respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests,
- to inform you about information regarding our website, Services that may be of interest to you, including ads or offers tailored to you from us,
- to inform you about changes to our Terms of Use, this Policy, and other administrative information,
- to verify your identity and to maintain measures aimed at preventing fraud and protecting the security of your PII,

2. Security
Fred's website is a static site hosted on Netlify and does not itself collect, store, or process any PII. The site has no database and no server-side code. All purchase transactions are handled by Whop, and the security of payment and account information provided during checkout is governed by Whop's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Fred's may retain User contact information (such as name and email address) obtained through Whop for the sole purpose of delivering picks and communications relating to our Services. Fred's takes reasonable steps to protect this information. Fred's uses email to communicate with Purchasers, which means User email addresses may be processed by those providers in the course of sending communications. Fred's is not responsible for any loss or damages to any Users that result from the use of such email providers, Whop, or any other third-party.
While Fred's takes reasonable steps to protect User information, you understand and agree that no method of storage or transmission is entirely secure, and Fred's cannot guarantee absolute security or any User's information.
3. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Fred's may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information about our Users when they use our Services, such as the type of browser being used (e.g., Chrome, Microsoft Edge), the type of operating system being used (e.g., Windows or iOS), and the domain name of your internet service provider. We use this information to improve the design and content of our service pages and to personalize your internet experience. We may also use this information in the aggregate to analyze Service usage.
4. Aggregate Information to Third Parties
Fred's may sell, disclose, share or otherwise provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information or other aggregated anonymous data or information to third parties about our Users or usage of our Services for purposes that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate, including, without limitation, to prospective advertisers.
5. Mobile Number Privacy
Your mobile phone number will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for any purpose, unless required by lawful order issued by a law enforcement agency or to prevent illegal activity.
Fred's does not track our Users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
6. Links to Other Websites
Fred's is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by websites linked to or from Fred's website or the information or content contained in such websites. When you use a link to go from Fred's website to another website, this Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on Fred's website, are subject to that other website's rules, terms and conditions, and/or privacy policies.
7. Information from Users Under 21
Fred's requires all Users to be at least 21 years of age. Use of Fred's website by persons under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited. Accordingly, Fred's does not intentionally collect any information on our website from individuals that are under 21. If we become aware that we have collected any information, including PII, from a person under age 21, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Fred's website uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) to help us understand how Users utilize our website.
